Child Performance Licences-

The F.O.W.F.B.B.C hold a Body of Persons Approval (BOPA) so individual licences will not be required. When booking in your will be asked 3 specific questions in relation to U16's.

1) How many U16's are out with the band?

2) How many Parents/DBS certified adults are accompanying them?

3) Does your band hold an upto date and robust safeguarding policy?

Please ensure they have all necessary information to expedite the process.
